First time to eat dine-in on this place which my wife recommended to try me their chicken style. Will I say different taste and it's good. The only down side was the preparation of food which took a waiting time of 15mins. though they mention after our order. Their is room for improvements on your service. Hoping in the future for changes. Thanks for the staff some of them attended our needs and it is good one... 👍😊

Ordered the group meal for 4. Food quality was meh. Checking peri-peri was good, but I've eaten better. Java rice was meh. Portion size of the sides was unbelievably small. Bolognese was OK, but rather cold when served. Service was terrible. It was Sunday around 8PM, and the restaurant wasn't full. Staff seemed so busy for nothing. Took a good 20 minutes to prep bill. Again, they seemed frazzled for nothing. Our leftover wasn't packed immediately, and it was left on their counter for the same amount of time that we were waiting for our bill. They had to check with us what our leftover food were when we asked for it, because they were just so disorganized.

The waiter apologized and acknowledged that it took some time for them to complete our order. 🍽 Ambiance: It was okay. The area is big but nothing too special. They had booths and tables. 😋 Taste: The chicken was moist and juicy. Their mozarella sticks didn't taste exceptional but it was okay also (or maybe because I was already hungry). The dips for the mozarella sticks were lacking. The dipping tray looked like it was deep but no, it was shallow. 💵 Price: It is expensive but their chicken is juicy and full of flavor. I recommend trying to eat at this place but not for a special occasion (?) so you won't get disappointed.

All the side dishes taste like they've been sitting out in the open for hours. The mac and cheese, the fries, the mashed potato, the roasted potatoes — none of them were hot, none of them tasted good. And as someone who loves potatoes, I was so disappointed. The ribs came after we were almost done eating. At least that was hot.

It's great here :) the lighting is too bright tho but overall good, maybe because of the culture. Anyway, the food is great, the sauces have their own distinct tastes and some of it are spicy. You should try all the sauce. What's great here during the pandemic is the utensils are wrapped in paper and it has already a tissue inside. They use paper straw in the drinks and the floors and tables are clean. The sauces are refillable, to be requested because of less contact. Before entering, you'd have to be checked for temperature and have to fill up the contact tracing form. The service is good, you are served well and the staff are accommodating and quick to their feet. There are still seats unavailable in tables because of social distancing but that's okay. Overall rate would be 5 stars. They deserve it. :)

Food is okay. But service is freaking slow. The service was taking too long that they have to serve me a complimentary soup just to appease me.

This place is so disorganized! From the way they would accept guests to taking orders. The acoustics are ear shattering as well…shrill voices of staff and guests mixing with the piped in music…first time I wanted to tell Maroon 5 to be quiet while I was trying to eat. What is so special about the chicken served here? Let me just say that I should have chosen KFC or Chicken Inasal or even Bonchon. They were scrimping on their sauces (even if they claim to be a sauce bar!) and the side dishes I had for my bony quarter chicken were quite forlorn (soggy coleslaw and bacon mac that will put Kraft to shame!)
